Chef Robin Miller has been a TV personality, food writer and nutritionist since 1990 and she is the author of ten books, including Robin Takes 5 and the New York Times bestseller, Quick Fix Meals.
Her popular show, Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller, aired on Food Network for 5 years. Robin’s weekly column, Rescue and associated videos, appear in the Arizona Republic (circulation 300,000), and on the Gannett wire service to more than 144 newspapers. Robin’s recipes and nutrition articles are featured regularly in many newspapers and magazines, including Health, Cooking Light, Parade, Spry Living, Shape, Woman’s Day, Woman’s World, and Clean Eating.
Robin has been a guest on hundreds of local and national television and radio programs. She has hosted home videos (for Jane Fonda), cable television vignettes (for Food Network and a variety of international food companies), satellite media tours (a few each year), and spoken at media events in various markets nationwide. She has been a spokesperson for many renowned companies, such as Unilever (working with many brands, including Ragu), S.E. Johnson (Ziploc), Tyson, Sanofi (Auvi-Q, an epinephrine injector for folks with life-threatening food allergies), California Almonds, Health magazine, Family Circle magazine, and many others. Robin has always delivered her message points with clarity and ease, which explains why many clients are repeat clients.

Chef Chris Hodgson is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu who, inspired by the food trucks he saw while living in New York City, brought the very first food truck to the city of Cleveland in 2010. His truck, Dim and Den Sum, gained a cult following and helped pave the way for Cleveland’s food truck culture. Chris’ second truck, Hodge Podge Truck, achieved nationwide recognition when he finished second on Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race and was featured on Food Network’s Unique Eats as well as Eat Street.
In 2013, Chris and partner Scott Kuhn launched Green Rooster Farms, and Green Rooster Creamery. In 2014, Bin 216, all in Playhouse Square. In Fall 2014 and Winter 2015, Chris, along with DoubleTree by Hilton, opened 2 new properties, Sanctuary, located in Beachwood and Westlake.
Chris is also a consulting chef for the Driftwood Restaurant Group and president of Driftwood Catering. He was runner up in the Silver Spoon Awards, coming in second to celebrity chef Michael Symon. In 2012, Chris was named one of Cleveland Magazine’s Most Interesting People. In 2013, Chris was a finalist on Food Network’s Food Network Star and in 2014, named Food and Wine’s People’s Best New Chef for the Great Lakes Region.
